How to Grow Sunflower Microgreens at Home

How to grow it

  1. Soak black-oil sunflower seed 8–12 hours, then sow densely on moist soil.
  2. Cover (with a little weight) for a few days to germinate.
  3. Uncover into bright light; keep damp.
  4. Harvest above the soil once the seed-leaves open and the hulls drop, around day 8–12.
